AI you can explain to a procurement officer.
PRA2S is a candidate-controlled presentation tool. We help people tell their career story; we never decide who gets hired.
Last updated October 10, 2026
Our approval-first process
- The candidate (or their employer or agency) sends us their written resume.
- Our team, assisted by AI, rewrites it in ATS-friendly language.
- The candidate reviews it on a private link and approves it, requests changes, or declines.
- Only after approval do two PRA2S hosts record a podcast discussing highlights from the approved resume.
- The candidate's portfolio is published only after approval — and the candidate can remove it at any time from the same private link.
This order is enforced by the platform itself: a profile cannot be published, and podcast or video production cannot start, until the candidate has approved. Any edit to an approved resume sends it back for re-approval.
No voice cloning. Clearly labelled AI media.
We never record, clone, or imitate a candidate's voice or face. Podcasts are hosted by two PRA2S hosts. Any avatar video is presented by a disclosed AI presenter and labelled as AI-generated on every page where it appears.
Not an automated employment decision tool (AEDT)
PRA2S does not screen, score, rank, or reject candidates and is not used by employers to substantially assist hiring decisions. This positions PRA2S outside the AEDT scope of NYC Local Law 144. Employers that independently use our content in their own hiring tools remain responsible for their bias audits and notices.
We follow EEOC guidance on AI in employment: no protected characteristics are inferred or used, and interview-prep content is coaching for the candidate, not an assessment of them.
State AI and privacy laws
- Illinois AI Video Interview Act: we do not analyze video interviews. Any avatar video is a candidate-approved marketing asset.
- Colorado AI Act (SB 24-205): we provide disclosures and do not make consequential decisions about consumers.
- California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws: right to know, correct, delete and opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell personal data.
- Right of publicity / likeness: candidates retain ownership of their story and can withdraw consent at any time.
Public sector: federal, state and county
- Section 508 & WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard access, focus indicators, text scaling, high-contrast and reduced-motion modes; podcasts ship with transcripts and videos with captions.
- WIOA Title I: county licenses include exports aligned to Entered Employment (Q2/Q4 after exit) and Median Earnings (Q2 after exit). Eligibility and enrollment remain with the local workforce board.
- DD214Mbr: not affiliated with the Department of Defense; never submit classified or CUI information.
- SF50Mbr: not a government website; not affiliated with OPM.
- ResuCast: designed for FERPA-aligned campus deployments; students control what is published.
Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; private media served only via short-lived signed links after publication.
- Tenant isolation with row-level security for every organization.
- Role-based access, single sign-on available for enterprise and government licenses.
- Independent security assessment and SOC 2 Type II audit are on our roadmap; ask us for the current status and our security questionnaire.
