For universities and career centers
Turn capstones and internships into recruiter-ready stories.
ResuCast helps career centers give every student in a program a short, shareable portfolio they control — ready for the next career fair.

Two-host podcast

Your goals
- Prepare a cohort before a career fair or internship cycle
- Give students a QR portfolio recruiters can open on the spot
- Reduce advisor time on first-draft resumes
- Keep students in control of what is shared
Staff workflow
- Share an invite link with your cohort
- Students complete a short intake
- Each student approves their rewritten resume
- Students choose whether to publish and share the QR code
- Advisors see completion on the department dashboard
Data handling & consent
Each participant reviews and approves their resume before anything is recorded or published, and can remove their profile at any time. Media is kept in private storage and shared through expiring links. Practice scores, if used, stay private to the participant. See Trust and Privacy.
Reporting — and its limits
Your dashboard reports enrollments, approvals, completed portfolios and voluntary sharing. A portfolio cannot by itself show hiring or earnings outcomes, so we don't claim them.
Request a pilot proposal
A typical pilot covers one capstone, internship or career-fair cohort of up to 25 students. Student data is handled under an institutional data agreement. Tell us your cohort size and timing in the box below.
