For employers and outplacement partners
Help departing employees carry their achievements into the next role.
CorpMbr gives each person in a reduction a finished, candidate-approved career portfolio — without recreating the coaching your outplacement partner already provides.
Candidate-approved resume
ATS-ready resume and LinkedIn summary. The written resume stays the primary document.
Two-host podcast
A short episode where two PRA2S hosts discuss the approved resume. The participant's voice is never used.
Optional AI-presenter video
Clearly labelled AI presenter introduction, with captions and a transcript.
Your goals
- Offer dignified, concrete support during a reduction
- Reduce HR time spent per departing employee
- Give employees something they can share in days, not weeks
- Track enrollment and completion by cohort
Staff workflow
- Upload a cohort or send invite links
- Employees complete a short intake
- Each employee approves or edits their rewritten resume
- Portfolios publish only with their consent
- Review cohort progress on your dashboard
Data handling & consent
Each participant reviews and approves their resume before anything is recorded or published, and can remove their profile at any time. Media is kept in private storage and shared through expiring links. Practice scores, if used, stay private to the participant. See Trust and Privacy.
Reporting — and its limits
Your dashboard reports enrollments, approvals, completed portfolios and voluntary sharing. A portfolio cannot by itself show hiring or earnings outcomes, so we don't claim them.
Request a pilot proposal
A typical pilot is one reviewed cohort of about 25 employees, with an orientation and a final program report. Tell us your cohort size and timing in the box below.
