Our ethics charter
- The candidate approves everything. Nothing is published, recorded or produced until the person approves their rewritten resume. They can remove their profile at any time.
- We never use the candidate's voice. Two PRA2S hosts discuss the approved written resume. No voice cloning, ever.
- We rewrite and update the resume as appropriate, and we never invent jobs, credentials or numbers.
- Employers see totals only. Who viewed, downloaded or contacted a person is shared with that person alone.
- We never sell personal data and we don't store recruiters' details from introduction requests.
- We don't make hiring decisions and we never promise jobs, salaries or unemployment savings.
- Outcomes are self-reported and optional. We only count a landed role when the person tells us.
