For veteran and installation programs
Translate service accomplishments for civilian employers.
DD214Mbr turns military experience into plain civilian language — and every veteran approves the result before anything is shared.

Your goals
- Translate ranks, roles and jargon into civilian terms
- Support transition classes with a finished deliverable
- Keep sensitive service information out of public profiles
- Give veterans full control over publishing
Staff workflow
- Share an invite link with a transition class
- Veterans complete a short intake
- Each veteran approves their translated resume
- Portfolios publish only with consent
- Track class completion on the program dashboard
Data handling & consent
Each participant reviews and approves their resume before anything is recorded or published, and can remove their profile at any time. Media is kept in private storage and shared through expiring links. Practice scores, if used, stay private to the participant. See Trust and Privacy.
Reporting — and its limits
Your dashboard reports enrollments, approvals, completed portfolios and voluntary sharing. A portfolio cannot by itself show hiring or earnings outcomes, so we don't claim them.
Request a pilot proposal
A typical pilot covers one transition class of up to 25 veterans. Tell us your cohort size and timing in the box below.
