Frequently asked questions

What does PRA2S stand for?
PRA2S stands for Podcast Resume As A Service. It turns a person's career history into an outplacement-grade ATS resume, a two-host career podcast and an AI-presented video introduction, published as a shareable portfolio page.
What is a podcast resume?
A podcast resume is a short audio episode in which two PRA2S hosts discuss a candidate's strengths, experience and market value. Recruiters can listen in a few minutes instead of scanning a single page.
Who is PRA2S for?
PRA2S serves five audiences through dedicated programs: CorpMbr for HR teams running layoffs and outplacement, ResuCast for universities and students, PRA2S Workforce for job seekers, job fairs and county workforce boards, DD214Mbr for transitioning military veterans, and SF50Mbr for federal employees moving to the private sector.
How much does PRA2S cost?
Individual plans are $149 for students, $149 for job seekers (free with a county voucher), $249 for veterans and $249 for federal employees — each includes interview practice. Corporate outplacement is $495, $995 or $2,450 per employee, with county, campus, agency and installation licenses from $5,000 to $65,000 per year.
What is included in a PRA2S portfolio?
Each portfolio includes an ATS-optimized resume, an optimized LinkedIn summary, a two-host AI podcast, and depending on plan, an AI avatar video introduction and interview preparation.
Do candidates approve their resume before anything is published?
Yes. Every rewritten resume goes to the candidate on a private review link. They approve it, request changes, or decline. The podcast is recorded and the portfolio is published only after approval, and candidates can remove their profile at any time.
Is my voice used in the podcast?
No. Two PRA2S hosts read the approved resume and discuss a few highlights. A candidate's voice is never recorded, cloned or imitated.
