Liability cap: PRA2S's total liability is limited to the fees the client actually paid in the 12 months before the claim.
No consequential damages: neither party is liable for lost profits, reputation harm, business interruption or failure to obtain employment.
Candidate warranty: each candidate certifies their approved resume is truthful and free of confidential employer information before anything is produced.
FERPA: institutions never send student records; students enroll and consent directly.
Notice-day embargo: profiles for a cohort are not published before the date you set.
